Plen Cloud

Turn your planning into a live link. Plan on your computer, share a URL that always shows the latest version.

What is a share link?

You plan in Plen, on your computer, like always. With Plen Cloud you export your planning as an interactive HTML page and publish it at a private URL like plen.work/s/k3Xw.... Send that URL to a client or your team; they see your timeline in their browser, nothing to install, no account on their side.

It updates itself. Changed your planning? Export again and the same URL shows the new version. No more "see attached v7-final-FINAL.pdf". The link you shared last month is never stale.

Your project file stays on your machine. Only the exported page is uploaded, and only for plannings you choose to share.

What happens if you cancel?

No tricks, this is exactly how it works:

  1. Cancel anytime from the dashboard. No phone calls, no "are you sure" mazes.
  2. Your links stay online for 14 days after your subscription ends, so nothing breaks mid-project.
  3. Then they're taken down. Visitors see a friendly "no longer shared" page. Your local files are untouched.
  4. Resubscribing restores the same URLs. For 90 days we keep your shared pages parked. Come back and every link works again, unchanged.

The free app keeps working the whole time. Cancelling Plen Cloud never locks you out of your own plannings.
