Payment is handled by Paddle. Businesses can enter a VAT ID at checkout for an EU reverse-charge invoice.

What happens if you cancel?

No tricks, this is exactly how it works:

  1. Cancel anytime from your account in Plen. No phone calls, no "are you sure" mazes.
  2. Your links stay online for 14 days after your subscription ends, so nothing breaks mid-project.
  3. Then they're taken down. Visitors see a friendly "no longer shared" page. The plannings themselves are untouched.
  4. Resubscribing restores the same URLs. For 90 days we keep your shared pages parked. Come back and every link works again, unchanged.
  5. Your plannings stay yours. You can still open, download, and delete every planning after cancelling. Only creating and saving new work needs an active subscription.

Cancelling never locks you out of your own plannings. Free accounts are not affected by subscription changes.
