Plen is a Gantt chart planner and budgeting app that runs in your browser at app.plen.work. It helps you visually plan projects on a timeline, keep an eye on the budget, and share plannings online as live links.
Plen is in open beta: it isn't fully finished yet. We're still gathering feedback, smoothing out the experience, and fixing bugs as we go. In practice, that means you might run into the occasional bug while using Plen.

The free tier includes the full planner with one file. Exports and sharing require a subscription. You can try Plen without an account at all.
A subscription is 6 euro per month or 60 euro per year, tax included. It adds up to 200 files, live share links and all exports.

Each share link shows your planning as an interactive page at a private URL you control: update it whenever you publish, take it offline anytime, protect it with a password or expiry date, and put your own logo on it. Your share links stay online for 14 days after your subscription ends, so nothing breaks unexpectedly. After that they're taken offline and visitors see a "no longer shared" page.
If you resubscribe within 90 days, the exact same URLs come back online automatically. After 90 days the shared pages are permanently deleted. Your plannings themselves stay accessible: in the browser you can still open, download, and delete them after cancelling (only creating and saving new work needs an active subscription).
In the EU, in Frankfurt, Germany. That covers the plannings you make in your browser and the pages you publish as share links.
Only what you publish is ever public. Your plannings are stored privately so you can open them from any computer; they're not visible to anyone else unless you invite people to a planning, or publish a share link or try link. You can remove people and revoke links at any time in Plen, and Plen keeps a "delete all my online data" button that removes everything at once.

Yes. Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record, issues an invoice for every payment. Businesses can enter a VAT ID at checkout for an EU reverse-charge invoice.
Yes. Export your Gantt chart as a PDF, image, Excel file or calendar file (ICS) and share it however you like, or publish a live share link that shows the version you last published. Update it or take it offline anytime. The recipient never needs Plen or an account.
