Plen - Cookie Policy
Cookies
Plen's website uses no tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies at all.
Two purely functional mechanisms exist. When you open a password-protected share link and enter the correct password, a short-lived cookie remembers that this browser is allowed to view that planning (it expires on its own and contains no personal data).
If you use Plen in your browser at app.plen.work, signing in stores a secure sign-in cookie (plen_session) so you stay signed in; signing out removes it. Like everything else here: strictly functional, no tracking.
On the pricing page, Paddle, our payment provider, and the payment partners it works with may set their own cookies, for security and fraud prevention and to process your payment if you start a checkout.
Plen also uses your browser's storage for things you ask it to keep on your device: a guest planning before you sign in, and small preferences like a dismissed banner. It stays in your browser, unless you choose to move a guest planning into your account when you sign in.
Because these are strictly necessary for features you explicitly use, no cookie consent banner is required, and that's why you don't see one.
