Use Plen with Claude
Add Plen to your own Claude and ask it about your plannings: what is planned next week, what a project costs, or to add a project, move a box or start a new file.
Add Plen to Claude
- In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors. Click +, then Add custom connector. Or open the dialog already filled in: Add Plen to Claude.
- Name it Plen, with this address:
https://www.plen.work/api/mcp - Click Add, then Connect. A Plen page opens: enter your email address and the 6-digit code we send you, then click Approve.
- Ask Claude something, like "List my Plen files".
The same steps are in Plen: in the Dashboard's Account card, under Connect Claude to Plen, click Activate Claude Connector.
Claude's free plan allows one custom connector. On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner adds it for the organisation and each member clicks Connect.
What Claude can do
- Read your plannings: each project with its activities, boxes, events and totals.
- Start a new file.
- Add, rename or delete projects and activities, and set a project's options.
- Add, move, resize or delete boxes, and add events and notes.
Its edits are checked by Plen's own rules before they are saved, and show in your file like your own.
What Claude cannot do
It cannot share a file, rename or delete one, change your account or see your billing.
It sees only the files you own. Files other people share with you are never shown to it.
Any Plen account can connect and read. Creating and editing follow your plan, as in Plen itself: one file on the free plan, and read-only once a subscription has ended.
Disconnect
In Plen's Dashboard, under Devices, Claude shows as "Claude, connected app". Revoke it there and Claude loses access at once. A connection also ends by itself after 60 days without use.
Your data
What Claude reads is sent to Anthropic, which makes Claude, under your own agreement with them. Plen sends your plannings to no AI provider itself and holds no AI keys of its own. More in our Privacy Policy, section 5.5.
